Oversaw the end-to-end development of the book — from managing timelines, content development, and layout coordination to serving as the direct point of contact between the Rizzoli team, Jeff Staple, and the design leads. I also led the rollout of the multi-city book tour, coordinating logistics and creative across teams.

One of the most rewarding projects I’ve helped shape, from first proofs to the shelves. ☺
