THE CHALLENGE
Uber One needed to grow relevance with college students—a crowd that’s value-conscious and brand skeptical. Our task: make a subscription service feel like a no-brainer on campus.
THE SOLUTION
We created Uber One: The One Shop: a mobile, bodega-inspired pop-up experience that traveled to twelve college campuses. Designed to mirror the corner stores students rely on, the activation offered localized perks, everyday essentials, and personalized interactions that integrated Uber One into their day-to-day rhythm.
This campaign resulted in 25k+ subscriptions & 162+ hours of brand engagement
